A little break from everyday life

Yesterday I took my mom to Nordic Salt and Steam, it is an amazing little oasis in Solna, a suburb of Stockholm, that you should visit if you’re in the neighborhood! I will definitely visit again

The best thing about this place is that you get the entire area to yourself, it was so relaxing to hang out and move between the areas as we wanted without anybody else around. For two hours relaxed and did salt scrubs with this amazing vegan lemongrass scent pink Himalayan salt scrub, got salt stone to massage ourselves with in the Himalayan salt steam sauna and did IR on our backs in an other Himalayan salt room.

Sometimes we all just need that little extra in our everyday lives, just letting go of stress and recharge!
