BBQ tofu and vegetables
I love to barbecue vegetables, it feels so good and healthy to eat.
Yesterday I decided I wanted to have a vegetable plate for dinner and it was so amazing!
I used:
Carrots
Mushrooms
Red onions
Zucchini
Paprika
Tomatoes
Tofu
Seasoning: barbecue oil, salt and pepper
I begun to chop all my vegetables and tofu and put them in a bowl. Then I added the barbecue oil, salt and pepper, mixed, and let it be for one hour before it was time to barbecue. So easy and delicious!
