Chickpea and carrot balls

The other day I tried to make these delicious chickpea balls. I had them for lunch with a salad and kale mix.

All you need is:

400g cooked chickpeas
3 carrots
A handful of fresh spinach
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
Cumin
Paprika
Coriander
Salt & Pepper
breadcrumbs

I mixed all the ingredients into a firm batter before rolling small balls and then frying them until they turned golden brown. Then I served them with a lovely salad.
