Chickpea patties
This time I tried to make these chickpea patties in a little bit different way, instead of frying them in a pan, I put them in the oven for about 40 minutes, and they tuned out delicious, with a soft inside and a crispy outside.
All you need is:
1 red onion
2 garlic cloves
1 can of chickpeas
2 tbsp. of tomato paste
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili
3 tbsp. freshly shopped coriander
salt and pepper
I mixed everything together with my immersion blender, I stopped when it was still some chunky pieces left. Then I formed patties and put them on a baking sheet and then into the oven in 200 degrees for 40 minutes. After half time I took them out and tuned them carefully around.
I served them with potato wedges, hummus and a nice sallad.
