Pasta in bell peppersauce.

I love a simple and creamy pasta and this is all that!

To make this I used
1 Bell pepper (I prefer red or yellow)
2 Rarlic cloves
1 Red onion
and some fresh basil

I start by cleaning and slicing the vegetables into smaller halves and placing them on an oven dish with some olive oil.
After about 20 minutes on 200º I take them out and put them in a bowl with high edges so that I can mix them in to a paste, then I put all of that together with cooking cream into a casserole and let it simmer and season it with salt and pepper, before putting the cooked pasta into the sauce.

This time I made Vegan Filet pieces from “hälsans kök” on the side instead of mixed into the sauce.

I make my filet pieces just simple with garlic powder, red pepper powder, cumin and a dash of curry powder with one glass of water that I let it cook in until the water is all gone, it makes them really nice and perfect!
