Strawberry Cheesecake

This cheesecake is so easy to make!

All you need is:

Cake base:

400 grams digestive biscuits
200 grams butter

Filling:

600 grams plant based Philadelphia
0,75 dl plant based cream
1 dl icing sugar
2 tbs vanilla sugar
250 grams fresh strawberries

Topping:

Cream
Strawberries

Mix the biscuits until they become crumbs.

Melt the butter and mix it with the biscuit crumbs. Press the base into a springform pan, and place the pan in the refrigerator while you make the filling.

Mix the cream cheese with an electric whisk. Add the cream a little at a time and mix until fluffy. Sift in the icing sugar and vanilla powder and mix in with a spatula.

Cut the strawberries into small pieces, approx. 1 x 1 cm, and mix them into the cream. Spread the filling over the biscuit base and place the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Decorate with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
