Tofu bowl

This is such an amazing bowl, and so easy to make! You can actually use whatever you want, but this is what I used:

Basmati rice
Broccoli
Garlic
Plant based butter
Tofu
Red cabagge
Red onion
Lettuce
Baby tomatoes
Cucumber
Green paprika
Corn
Sesame seeds
Plant based chili mayo

Start by boiling the rice. Fry the tofu in your favourite spices. After use the same frying pan and fry the broccoli in butter and garlic until they get some color and feel soft. Then slice all the Vegetables.
Add the rice, then all the vegetables and tofu and top with sesame seeds and chili mayo.
