Tofu salad
All you need for this delicious salad is:
1 red onion
A few small tomatoes
1/2 cucumber
Lettuce
1/2 green pepper
Plant based greek cheese
1 pack of tofu
Wheat
I start by boiling the wheat. Chopping the tofu into small pieces and fry them in my pan, and season them with curry and barbecue season. Then I chop all of the vegetables and the plant based cheese. Mix everything in a bowl and serve with your favourite dressing!
