Vegan coconut vanilla ice cream
This vegan ice cream is so easy to make, you don’t even have to have an ice cream maker, but I used mine this time.
All you need is:
2 cans of coconut cream
2,5 dl of cane sugar
2 tbsp vanilla syrup
I started by whipping the refrigerator-cold coconut cream before carefully stirring in the rest of the ingredients. Then I poured everything into the ice cream maker and let it spin around for about 40 minutes before putting everything in the freezer for a few hours.
So easy and delicious!
