Vegan pavlova

Meringue:

3dl chickpea spade
6dl sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla powder
3 teaspoons white wine vinegar

Set the oven at 100 degrees hot air

Whisk the spade and white wine vinegar together until it turns to white foam than ad the suger and vanilla powder slowly while whisking. Than spread the foam evenly on a baking sheet and put it in the middle of the oven for 90 minutes

Let it cool down and then cut it in half, I have chopped strawberries on one half layer and then whipped cream and more strawberries on the next half that I put on top of the part with the chopped strawberries.
