vegan steak with Potato wedges and tzatziki

1 pack of vegan moldable minced meat
Paprika spice
BBQ spice
1 cloves of garlic
salt & pepper

Potatoes
BBQ spice
salt & pepper
Olive oil

Broccoli
2 cloves of garlic
Salt
Plant based butter

Plant based greek yogurt
1/2 cucumber
2 cloves of garlic
sea salt

Let the minced meat and broccoli defrost.
Begin with the tzatziki, grate the cucumber and press out all of the water, and mix with yogurt, garlic and sea salt.
Then mix all the spices with the minced meat. Form patties, and let them rest on a plate.
Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges, season with the spices and olive oil and mix around before you put them on a baking sheet and in the oven for about 30 minutes in 200 degrees.
Prepare the broccoli, mix the garlic with the broccoli, and let it soak in.
Start frying the patties in some olive oil, until they get good color on both sides. Then continue with the broccoli, fry them in butter and season with salt.
serve with a salad!
