Vegan tortilla

This vegan Spanish tortilla is amazing, and so easy to make. All you need is:

3 big potatoes
1 Onion
2 dl of chickpea flour
400 ml of water
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Black salt (optional! This time I only sprinkled it with nutritional yeast)

Peel and slice the potatoes into thin slices. Chop the onion. Fry everything together in olive oil until the potatoes are slightly soft. Whisk together the chickpea flour and water, salt, pepper and black salt. Pour the liquid over the potatoes and fry over low heat. When it has set, it is time to turn it over and fry the other side. When you feel that the potatoes are soft, its ready to be served!
